I started my recruitment career in construction, but quickly switched to fortune 2000 executives for the past 20 years, traveled from my home the UK and eventually migrated to Australia in 2008, and for the past 10 years worked completely independent headhunting from home as a single parent raising my 3 children. But in 2025, I was inspired by the real estate industry to build an evolved hybrid consulting business, applying executive headhunting principals to the real estate recruitment market. I drive a business model that looks to help the sector improve on retention and return on investment from talent sourcing by focusing talent matching and aligning the interests of our candidates with our client employers.
